Simran is an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with more than 20 years of experience in physiotherapy and ergonomics, including five years within the workplace rehabilitation industry.

Simran has experience across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, production, childcare and education. Simran is familiar with WorkCover WA, Comcare and DVA rehabilitation systems.

Drawing on her extensive clinical and workplace rehabilitation experience, Simran utilises a collaborative, person-centred approach to support workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey. Simran works closely with workers, employers and other stakeholders to build confidence, overcome barriers to recovery and support safe sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

With a special interest and experience in chronic pain management, Simran has also developed strong coaching skills to support workers in building a positive and resilient mindset throughout their recovery.

Simran is passionate about ergonomics and injury prevention, with a strong focus on practical workplace solutions that improve function and reduce risk of injuries.
